Erin BCBA LBA M.Ed. M.P.P.
Founder
Erin, founder of Behavior Support Systems of Virginia, is dedicated to compassionate care and helping individuals reach their full potential. A Richmond native, she holds degrees from Virginia Tech, VCU, and George Mason University and became a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2012.
With experience as an autism teacher and roles in clinics, schools, and the Virginia Department of Education and a busniess owner since 2016, Erin’s approach emphasizes collaboration and personalized support. In her free time, she enjoys staying active with her two children and visiting local coffee shops.

Mandy MA BCBA LBA
Clinical Director, MA, BCBA, LBA
Mandy specializes in Verbal Behavior, Behavioral Skills Training, Trauma-Informed ABA and Social-Emotional development for children with different learning needs. She also enjoys helping children build skill in inclusive and community settings. Mandy received her Masters in Clinical Psychology with a focus in child and family services from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She has been working with children with Autism since 2010 and received her BCBA certification in February of 2016. She started her career working in in-home ABA therapy. She has since worked in multiple public schools and pediatric clinical settings. Mandy is passionate about identifying and removing barriers to accessing meaningful opportunities. Mandy loves to help create encouraging and collaborative learning environments for all learners and their families. Personally, she enjoys reading, playing board games, being with family and exploring new places!

Karley BCaBA, LaBA
Clinical Supervisor
Karly began her career working in a private-day school with children with a variety of different disabilities and learning levels. Since then Karly has experience providing services in-home, in the community, and center-based. Karly enjoys collaborating with teachers, related services, and parents to make meaningful client- specific goals and problem solving ways to achieve them. She is passionate about helping children find their voice to advocate for themselves and become more independent. Karly became a BCaBA in 2023 and is currently enrolled in a Masters program in Applied Behavior Analysis. When she isnt working or studying, she enjoys spending time with family, going to the gym, and trying out new restaurants!

Courtney BCBA, LBA
Clinical Supervisor
After working as a behavior technician for over four years, Courtney became a BCaBA in 2023. Courtney completed her master’s degree in Behavior Analysis Practice from Florida Institute of Technology and received her BCBA certification in 2024. She has experience with early intervention and elementary-aged students in the home, community, and clinic-based environments. In her spare time, Courtney enjoys a good cup of coffee, reading, traveling, and keeping up with her husband and two children.
